re-add translations that weren't dropped from weblate

When switching to GPLv2 we dropped these translations, but weblate didn't. Since we can't delete them from weblate, let's re-add them as a fresh copy of po/documentation.pot. Signed-off-by: Matthias Aßhauer <mha1993@live.de>
