각각의 kpi를 만들면 회사는 전사 전략 체계도가 만들어짐
회사 비전, 목표 정한 후 기획팀과 전략 체계도를 만듦. 반드시 조직원들의 합의 필요함.
이때 밸런스가 중요
각 부서, 팀별로 만들어 내부 인트라넷에 표시
스코어(특히 KPI)는 도전적으로 만들어야 함. (8개 성공 가능하면 12개 도전 이런 식으로)
재무적 목표와 비재무적 목표가 균형을 이루어야 함.
-> 너무 돈돈돈하면 직원들이 떠나갈 수 있음
직원들에 대한 목표와 외부 고객들에 대한 목표도 균형을 이루어야 함.
-> 직원들을 감정노동자로 만들지 말 것. 직원들 만족도도 높여줄 것
고객 loyalty 제고 -> 지금 있는 고객들에게 더 잘하는 것
software business의 비용은 빙산의 일각
홍보비가 개발비의 3배가 넘음.
