de: fix most failing checks on weblate

The starting spaces in the strings for git add --interactive were
intentionally different due to git also translating the corresponding
format strings.
The issues with trailing stops are now fixed.
Various sample commands and keywords were intentionally unchanged
translations and are now marked as such.
